Balenciagas Spring 2022 collection caught my eye due to the futuristic, dystopian feel of it all. I love the way that they have mixed everyday streetwear with the robotic creature-like masks; I think it's a play on how the future could be if technology keeps progressing, I found it interesting how the masks only covered the face I think this represents the lack of identity this generation has with technology and social media, I plan to play with identity in my styling. I love how simple the styling and shoot was for the pieces, it brings the viewers eyes straight to the clothing pieces. I also think the simple styling creates a feeling of relatability for viewers as it is mainly street style.
