Giacomo Balla

One of the first pioneers of futurism fashion Balla started destroying the boundaries of fashion design in 1915. As an early influence in futurism as a whole we have Balla to thank for a lot of our modern day fashion trends. He constantly wanted to cross the line on genderless clothing focusing more on freedom in clothing, shapes, symmetry and utilisation of texture. I think many designers wouldn't be the same that they are without these walls having been broken down.
